Amino Energy contains essential amino acids along with green tea extract and caffeine. The blend of EAA, some BCAAs, caffeine and green tea extract make it a great product to use any time of the day. 2 scoops is recommended for a “pick me up” while 4 scoops is “mild energy” and 6 scoops is “intense energy”. 2 scoops = 1 serving. There is 100mg of caffeine per serving so make sure you don’t hit 3 servings later than 6-7pm! Amino Energy also comes in a range of great flavours, our favourite is the green apple.
If your looking for a product that can be used as a mid afternoon boost or for intense workouts, Amino Energy is your man! You can always add some creatine or some extra BCAAs to amino energy to make it a more ingredient dense product. Amino Energy would be perfect pre training or pre match for a little boost on the field.
